What is stress?
Stress can be generally defined as a pressure or tension enacted on a material or object.
Can also mean, a state of an emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances

Stress symptoms, signs and causes; the modern day is full of promptness, frustrating deadlines and various demand, we can also consider the term stress when one is not calm enough, or state of restlessness. Stress is a feeling of un-calmness ; when you are not calm or relax then you are under stress, stress affect one’s emotion, it affects one’s feeling and once one’s emotion is affected surely thoughts and general body systems are disturbed, then state of feeling is affected negatively.
Stress, for many people nowadays as become a way of life, stress is always bad, when you are constantly running emergency mode, your mind and body pay the price.
You begin to shield yourself by recognising the signs and symptoms of stress and taking steps to reduce its harmful effects.
Stress can also be considered as a normal alertness to events that make you feel threatened or upset your balance in some way. Anytime, you sense danger, real or imagined, the body defense mechanism kicks into high gear in rapid, automatic process to remove the encounter. Stress response is the body’s way of protecting one whene all the body system is working properly, such effect helps to keep the body balance, focused, energetic and alert.
It is also important in any emergency situation the reaction of stress response can save one’s life; it gives extra strength to defend you, example strength of shock to enter pot holes without getting any wound.
Sharpen your concentration when you are trying to hit a target or when playing games.
Stress have level in every man’s body, you must try to be conversant to your own level, because every man has one stress or the other.
When stress sets in when your alertness is getting beyond certain point, stress stops being helpful and starts causing major damage to one’s health, one’s mood, one’s productivity, one’s relationship and life quality. Stress affect the mind, body and behavior in many ways and everyone experience stress in different degree, stress can lead to mental disorder and physical, stress can also take control of one relationship at work and school.
How to overcome stress;
It is important to learn to recognize when your stress level is about to be out of control.
Signs and symbols of stress are restlessness, health malfunction, sleeplessness, migraines (headache), nausea, 
Try as much as possible not to get use to stress, always overlook situation or problem around you, feel love always, interact with friends and neighbor, listen to your good and favorite music, always try to relax after everyday work before going to bed, prayer brings hope and hope bring relax or calmness so try and practice payer, Keep having hope can also help you to relax, stop comparing yourself and others, avoid competition in your way of life, practice deep breathing exercises, always tends to look inward and feel good, always see yourself coming out everyday new especially from your bed. Always proclaim “I am calm”, practice unconditional love, sleep well and do mild exercises, always see the good side of people and appreciate them, also appreciate yourself , make yourself happy always, trust in yourself
